Service Manager - Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the disciplines in your department. • Attempt to prevent problems which may result in disciplinary actions by solid leadership and communication. • In cases of infractions you will apply the policy in a fair and consistent manner. • Prepare the administration of the violation for your superior and HRD as stated in the policy. • Implement the approved corrective disciplinary action (as agreed and in conjunction with the policy)

Senior Service Manager - Responsibilities

Service Executive - Responsibilities

• Define and communicate discipline in your department. • Attempt to prevent problems which may result in disciplinary actions by solid leadership and communication. • In cases of infractions you will apply the policy in a fair and consistent manner. • Prepare the administration of the violation for your superior and HRD as stated in the policy. • Implement the approved corrective disciplinary action (as agreed and in conjunction with the policy) • Support, Guide and Coach the Service Manager in any corrective behavior or disciplinary related matters. • To review any final written warning or dismissal cases prior to Disciplinary Action being given. • To review the appeal if necessary.

Human Resources

• Monitor proper implementation and management of the policy. • To assist Managers with coaching, guidance and support in relations to any corrective behaviour or disciplinary matter. • To act as a Colleague Counsellor to guide colleague ’ s through any corrective behaviour or disciplinary matter.
