ensure new development programmes maintain or enhance asset value. • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for each asset under REM’s management with particular focus on ESG. • Input into the due diligence process on any purchase or sale, as required. • Review current data collation processes and systems, recommend areas for improvement through development of detailed business case. • Assist the Asset Management Team in the production of quarterly Asset Management Reports to building owners and annual Asset Business Plans. • Ensure compliance with all ESG related Statute and Regulations. • All employees agree to comply by with the latest REM Policies, Procedures, Forms and with the Staff Handbook as published on Sherlock, Cabinet and revised from time to time. 3. Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required: Knowledge Required- honours degree level in any discipline, and relevant professional qualifications. Experience • Demonstrable experience of delivering ESG Strategies in complex, high profile assets and/or portfolios within a publicly listed or privately owned property company or institutional property investment company, family office, REIT or fund.

1. Role Purpose Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, develop a portfolio-wide Sustainability Policy and Statement of Intent/Action plan to maintain the assets as “best in class” and achieve optimal and appropriate ESG accreditations (such as BREEAM In Use of Well Core). 2. Key Responsibilities • Develop a shortlist of the top material themes and objectives for the UK Portfolio, ensuring alignment with market expectations and that the assets remain competitively positioned. • Develop action plans for the assets, via cost benefit analysis, to inform our risk matrix, derive budgets and drive KPI’s which may be set. • Provide input into asset level business plans with regard to ESG enhancement along with supporting ROI analysis for the proposals. • Draft corporate ESG policy for REM. • Build on current advice received from CBRE to derive a business case for the procurement of relevant accreditations and implementation plan. • Working in conjunction with the PM/PM team, provide input to the PPM/Cap Ex Plan to ensure ESG Policy is met, and accreditations secured in a cost effective way. • Assist the PM/FM team in collating and distributing appropriate building data and documentation to 3rd party consultants if required. • Work with Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance and Development teams to
