All seller concessions are contingent upon new contracts written on or after January 1, 2026 that close by December 31, 2026. This excludes transfers and rewrites. A signed written agreement must be in place between a buyer and buyer’s broker/agent (“Buyer-Broker Agreement”) prior to any home tours. The Buyer-Broker Agreement must clearly and conspicuously set forth the specific amount or rate the broker/agent will receive for their services. Commission rates are not set by law and commission rates are fully negotiable between a buyer and the buyer’s broker/agent. If a Bonus to Selling Agent (“BTSA”) or other compensation causes the total compensation to exceed amounts agreed in the Buyer-Broker Agreement, then the Buyer-Broker Agreement must be amended in writing to reflect the change. BTSA is determined by qualifying net sales written between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 on the Effective Date of the subject Purchase Agreement. Realtor is eligible for one BTSA per Buyer.
