We are fortunate to have so many dedicated team members at Park Place who truly care about our residents and consistently provide exceptional service. Recognizing their efforts is an important part of our culture. The Providence Life Services Hallmark of Caring (HOC) program is one way we celebrate Park Place employees at Park Place of Elmhurst. This program honors team members who go above and beyond in their roles and reflects the outstanding work being done every day. Ballots and submission boxes will be available at the Independent Living and Healthcare Center front desks beginning May 4. Voting will close on May 18. Please note: Department Managers and employees who have received HOC recognition within the past three years are not eligible. The HOC criteria for nominations are: y Exemplify the organization’s mission y Demonstrate excellence in job performance and work ethic
National Receptionist Day Wednesday, May 13 National Receptionist Day is dedicated to recognizing the contributions of receptionists in the workplace. We have many Concierge team members who are the first people you see when you enter the building. Be sure to stop by the Independent Living and Healthcare front desks to say hello and wish to our wonderful team members a Happy National Receptionist Day. This program is separate from our monthly Employee of the Month (EOM) recognition. EOM allows residents to nominate employees who have gone above and beyond in their service during the month. Managers are not eligible for EOM. Residents are encouraged to submit nominations using the brief form and placing it in the EOM ballot box, located at each concierge front desk.
