Park Place Resident House Walk
There will be no transportation available on Thursday, November 27. If your trip can wait, please consider scheduling transportation the week before or after Thanksgiving. We also ask you to look into December, Christmas Eve and Christmas both fall on Wednesday and Thursday this year, and transportation will only be offered on Tuesday, December 23.

Would you like to share your residence with your neighbors? Here’s how it works: Let us know if you would like to open your residence for our twelfth annual Park Place Christmas House Walk. Decorate your residence as much, or as little, as you like. Open your door on December 17, during your designated time. We will schedule showings with the hosts to make the day enjoyable for all. The Walk will be organized based on the number of participants. We plan on splitting the day into 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. The concierge will take Host and Hostess RSVPs for the 10:00 a.m. shift and the afternoon shift. This arrangement allows us to offer flexible scheduling for all. Providing refreshments for the visitors is entirely OPTIONAL. We will offer our Wednesday Social Hour from 3-4 with wine and a special holiday cocktail, and festive snacks. For those of you who do not host, save the date and visit the participating residences. A list of residences with tour maps will be made available in the lobby on the day of the Christmas Walk. If you would like to serve as a host for the Park Place Annual Christmas House Walk, please sign up with the Concierge by Monday, December 1.
