A Special Day to Honor Outstanding Park Place of Elmhurst Team Members May 4 – May 18 Soon, we will be initiating the Providence Life Services “Hallmark of Caring” (HOC) program to recognize Park Place of Elmhurst employees. Hallmark of Caring is intended to be a time when all employees are celebrated for the work they do every day. We will be placing the ballots and boxes at the front desks in Independent Living and at the Healthcare Center starting on May 4, and voting will end on May 18th.
The Park Place family extends heartfelt April birthday greetings to Irene R., Sara A., Joanne W., Lu Van A., David F., Lois M., Lyn S., Barbara P., Oommen K., Dave B., James K., Richard L., Joe L., Grayson H., Tom S., and Dee M. Fire Alarm Testing April 27 – 29 This April, the Independent Living Building will be testing the fire alarms in Independent Living. Designated staff members will be checking all five floors. If you are in your apartment at the time of the testing, please be aware that staff will be checking to see if the alarm can be heard from your apartment. You can stop by the concierge desk, the wellness office, or the administration office to pick up a pair of earplugs you will need to use during the testing. The alarm is very loud and will
last until the test is completed. Please watch Channel 1902 and read your April Mid-Month Messenger for details closer to the testing dates.
