Our purpose is: • To operate as efficiently and effectively as we can. • To buy smartly save money and provide value for Anchor and our residents. • To manage our contracts well so we can get the quality and performance we need. • To work smarter and spend less time on sorting our problems. • To demonstrate probity and transparency.
