UNIQUE FEATURES
• Pennsylvania granite feature walls throughout every level of the home, inside and outside - an eighteen month journey in excellence. Each stone is handcrafted to perfection, with each row of stones aligned with laser measured precision. • On the upper level landing sits a 125 year old swing beam, aka a Bullock, hand picked and imported from a historical farm in eastern Canada. Restored and reassembled on site by Pemberton based artisans. The bench in the formal main entrance is crafted from the same source. • Supplied by Hackwood and installed by Canadian Bavarian Millwork & Lumber, much of the flooring and wood paneling is durable oak that has been custom measured to complement the exact dimensions of the stone walls. • The same durable oak has been used on the staircase risers, complemented by steel railings and glass paneling. • Take note of the intricately designed oak louvres on the main level. • Look carefully to discover the Rimadesio three panel hand crafted sliding wall that separates the entertainment arcade from the main entrance foyer. • Custom made steel shelving adorning many of the rooms in synchronization with the granite stone and wooden millwork and flooring. • The timber beams throughout the home are a Norwegian spruce glulam specification, engineered and imported from Germany. Daizen Joinery reconfigured the beams on site, with some including a steel interior beam to support and perfectly align with the vast ceiling heights. • Interior and exterior lighting is fully automated and carefully engineered to provide various themes, depending on the season and time of day or night. • In case of an electrical failure, the home has its own custom made battery cell back-up system providing enough energy to fully power the home for three days. • The roof is copper, requiring minimal maintenance and a lifespan of literally hundreds of years. It has been engineered to withstand the heaviest of snowfalls. • An 841 square foot ski plaza on the upper level of the home provides an impressive entrance to the ski trail that is less than fifty feet from the home. • An impressively large indoor ski storage and boot room, sits adjacent to the ski plaza and includes inbuilt warmers, dryers and a full laundry. • A private gondola provides convenient access to and from Creekside Village. • Fully customizable, automated and remote controlled temperature control system. • Radiant in-floor heating throughout the home and various exterior patios and terraces. • Cambridge elevator servicing all three levels and designed to assist with private catering, providing easy access to the prep’ kitchen on the main level.
