Senior Leadership Programme T he Senior Leadership Programme (SLP) has been re-scoped for the leadership challenges of 2022 and beyond. The Senior Leadership Programme exists to provide our high-performing senior lawyers with the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary for making the transition to partnership. Our new programme builds on all the great content that has been in the programme since its inception, and adds new content to help our leaders of the future step into their new role. Across the course of this seven month programme, our participant group of legal directors and senior counsel will be working through a series of sessions designed to help them lead themselves, and others, in our new working world. The programme has two phases: - Phase one will help the participants understand more about the environment of the firm and the expectations of a partner as they hear from internal subject matter experts, giving them a solid grounding to understand the role of partner. - Phase two is future-focused. Participants will work through a number of sessions designed to help them bring out the best in themselves and others through coaching and mind-set management.
participants will also be getting virtual reality coaching designed to help them gain more insight into themselves than we’ve ever been able to provide before. The L&D team are really excited to provide this brand new offering, and are looking forward to seeing how our newest group of participants develop across the course of this programme. We think that these new ways of working will lead to great innovation in how we deliver all of our training programmes going forward – watch this space!
