The future of Early Careers project

A t the beginning of 2021 we launched the Future of Early The initial phase of the project consisted of a large-scale consultation with key stakeholders across the firm in addition to recent early careers hires. The results of this consultation and the analysis of key data points have led to our team forming a steering committee of influential stakeholders, who have helped us devise a strategy and set out a new vision for the function. Careers project to address this challenge, and to ensure that we are attracting and recruiting the very best talent to Clyde & Co in the UK. At its heart, the strategy not only seeks to take us forward in exciting new directions, but also addresses the natural tension that arises between cost and investing in the future leaders of the firm. COVID-19 has had a significant impact on the early talent market, particularly within the legal sector. The competition for top talent is fiercer than ever and it’s important that we continue to remain ahead of the curve.
