Employee Assistance Programme A ll colleagues have free access to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The service is provided by CiC, an external organisation, who are entirely independent, meaning support and advice is completely confidential. They provide mental health support, access to counselling sessions and advice on practical issues such as debt management and tax. Looking after your mental health & wellbeing

Mental Health First Aiders

If you are struggling with any aspect of your mental health, or you would just like someone to talk to, you can contact our Mental Health First Aiders. They are here to listen non- judgmentally and can point you in the direction of further guidance. All conversations will be kept confidential.

The EAP helpline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is free to call, the phone number is: 8000 085 1376.

Fitness wellbeing benefit A ll permanent colleagues who have passed their probation and have completed six month’s service have access to our subsidised gym membership. Please contact the Benefits team for further details. The firm also offers a fitness wellbeing benefit. This benefit allows each member of staff up to £350 to spend per annum on a wide range of fitnness activities or equipment. You have the option to use it for gym classes, home equipment or online fitness memberships. This is an alternative to a corporate gym membership and can only be used instead of our subsidised gym membership. Full details can be found here.
