Launching the Clyde+ information hub
In March the Legal Delivery and Innovation team launched the Clyde+ information hub. Clyde+ is the name for the firm’s new programme for modernising legal delivery, driving innovation and providing access to the knowledge, tools and platforms you need to deliver for clients in the most efficient and effective way.

• Project Alphabet is one of our flagship projects focused on adopting a consistent, robust and transparent approach to legal project management, supported by tools, templates and training • SharePoint Online is being used throughout the firm to design solutions to share information and collaborate, both internally and externally, as well as for interim case management • Our new case management system Lexis Nexis Omni is being piloted with two clients in our Casualty practice and the rollout programme for the rest of the firm is being developed The hub will be updated regularly as tools and content become available, and will evolve as the Clyde+ programme grows and develops.

C lyde+ will very often mean using technology but that’s not enough on its own. Our approach is multifaceted and based on combining the expertise of our people and our combined knowledge as a firm with the right technology, tools and processes to deliver for clients.
