• Set clear objectives for your team and ensure a routine is in place to regularly review performance and behaviors for each team member. • Accountable for solid customer retention and recommendation performance in the property. • Assess the rebooking eligibility in your property on a routine basis, to ensure you and your team are clear on the potential retention you can achieve. • Complete weekly and monthly local marketing plans to ensure the HQ team is always up to date on local sales & marketing initiatives. • Coordinate, staff and attend housing hairs, freshers’ hairs and other local events to promote the property. • Draft and propose local content for the company social media accounts. • Cooperate with local businesses to keep a positive image with the community and seek to facilitate key partnerships. • Provide ideas to Property Manager for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year. • Always maintain beautifully presented show units. • Assist in the turnover process by completing all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Property Manager.
