They should incessantly pursue progress, identifying avenues for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction. Additionally, they must spearhead the Estate’s Health and Safety efforts, partnering with the General Manager in all facets, from overseeing the H&S platform to conducting audits and ensuring compliance, all while setting a precedent for safety consciousness. Their role demands adeptness in handling confidential matters with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity, addressing issues and inquiries discreetly. Furthermore, they are tasked with overseeing the day- to-day Services aspects of the Estate, driving and elevating standards of presentation They will have services responsibility of one of the most esteemed developments not only in London but also in the residential world.
