event, it may be that that would be a subject that would form a part of the subject of any application to discharge or vary in the meantime.
Review or renewal
61. In the way in which the injunction has been framed at the moment, the injunction is to continue until an application to review the injunction. This may be a matter of form and of no substance. However, it is important to note that what would happen on a renewal application is not simply that there would be a review in the sense that the injunction would continue unless it was found that there was some problem about the continuation of the injunction. The injunction as granted is a limited injunction for less than a year. It is an injunction which will expire by effluxion of time unless an application is made for renewal. It will be incumbent upon the claimants to show that there is a justification for the continuation of the injunction at the end of that period. It is not simply, as indicated above, a box-ticking exercise as to whether there were any changes of circumstances that required the discharge. The longer the injunction continues, the greater the need for the claimants to satisfy the court that the strictures of the Wolverhampton case are still satisfied by the continuation of an injunction. Therefore, to that end, the form of the relief should make it clear that the injunction is to expire unless an application is made for renewal and unless there is a continuation order that is then made, and it is better not to refer to this as a review. The fact that it has been referred to as a review in the Test Valley v Bowers case is ultimately not a matter of consequence provided that everybody recognises that the matter is as set out here, that it is a renewal application rather than in the nature of some type of review.
Analysis of other matters on the renewal
62. It will be necessary to have an up-to-date analysis as to the effect of the injunction over the period that has taken place and a risk if the analysis of the injunction were not continued or modified. It may not be enough simply to be repeating the matters set out
