ACCESSIBILITY The Gaylord Texan Resort is committed to ensuring the venues are as convenient, accessible and enjoyable as possible. While they make every effort to ensure accessibility of the facilities, should you require additional assistance, reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified persons with disabilities. The Gaylord Texan is responsible for the permanent building access requirements such as, but not limited to, wheelchair ramps, elevator standards, and internal hallways and doors. For registration information or accessibility questions, contact hotel staff at the hotel registration desk. BADGES The official Sunbelt registration badge should be prominently worn and displayed at all times for prompt admission to the exhibit area and keynote sessions. Badges are not transferable and may not be loaned to anyone for any purpose. All Show attendees and exhibitors must wear their badges while on the Show floor except infants in backpacks or slings. If you lose your badge, there will be a $35 replacement fee for each lost or forgotten badge. Presentation of badges will get you the following discounts: Ten percent (10%) off food and beverage outlets (Texan Station, Zeppole, Riverwalk Cantina, Market Place and Coco Bean) with the presentation of attendee name badge. Dozens of local restaurants, shops, and attractions in Grapevine. See participating vendors here: BADGES ARE COLOR CODED AS FOLLOWS: Green: Attendees (Builders, Remodelers, Architects, Designers, Non-Exhibiting Associates, Media, HBA Staff, Student/Faculty) Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when in the exhibit hall. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done on-site. All children except infants in backpacks or slings must be registered. Children under 18 are not permitted on the Show floor during setup or teardown. EXHIBITOR GIVEAWAYS Sunbelt exhibitors always bring their best to our Show and that includes their booth giveaways. Be sure to check the Giveaway Announcement Board as you exit the trade show floor. You must enter to win by visiting the booths on pages 20-21. Giveaway rules may differ per exhibitor.
