LOST & FOUND To report a lost item, stop by the Registration Desk located in the Longhorn Marble Foyer. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY By attending the 2025 Sunbelt Builders Show™, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken by Show organizers or their representatives for use in marketing, promotional materials, and historical archives. These images may be used without compensation and will never be used in a manner that misrepresents your participation or the spirit of the event. Attendance constitutes consent to such use. Contact Sarah Venkatesh (Sarah@TexasBuilders.org) with the Texas Association of Builders if you plan to take professional photos or video on the trade show floor. It is prohibited to do so without permission. REGISTRATION & SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS Attendees may register for the Show and purchase Chip Dence PAR-TEE with a Purpose at Topgolf - The Colony, Big Time Neon Night at Glass Cactus (featuring the Spazmatics), or Star Awards Dinner & Ceremony tickets on-site, based on availability. To purchase a ticket, please visit the Registration Desk, located in the Longhorn Marble Foyer, for availability. You must have a ticket to attend the social events mentioned above. REGISTRATION DESK The Registration Desk is located in the Longhorn Marble Foyer on the first floor of the Gaylord Texan Convention Center. You can pick up the items for which you registered: Show Pass badges, social event tickets and Sunbelt Show Guides. Stop by the Sunbelt Registration Desk to learn where you can pick up the discounted vouchers/ stickers. Prices are $17 per day. Standard Valet is $49 per day.
