À l’occasion des fêtes de fin d’année, Timothy LAM , notre Chef Pâtissier, et son équipe ont lancé leur première collection festive avec la bûche Fleur de Vanille, une création raffinée et légère, inspirée de l’élégance française et de la fleur de la Bauhinia.
Proposée en édition limitée, notre bûche a rencontré un fort succès bénéficiant d’une mise en avant importante et d’un excellent engouement sur les réseaux sociaux. L’objectif de vente fixé était de 150 bûches , pour un total vendu de 150 unités . Bravo à toutes et tous de l’équipe Pâtisserie et aux personnes qui ont participé à atteindre cet objectif !
To celebrate the festive season, Timothy Lam , our Head Pastry Chef, and his team have launched their first festive collection with the Fleur de Vanille Yule log, a refined and light creation inspired by French elegance and the Bauhinia flower.
Offered as a limited edition, our Yule log was a huge success, benefiting from significant promotion and excellent buzz on social media.
The sales target was set at 150 logs, with a total of 150 units sold . Well done to everyone in the Pastry team and to everyone who helped achieve this goal!
