Surplus qualifying nights means the number of qualifying nights stayed in any membership year minus the number of qualifying nights required to upgrade or renew the member’s current tier status Not applicable if member downgrades to a lower status, e.g. Diamond to Jade / Jade to Gold Carried forward and counted towards the total number of Qualifying Nights stayed for the purpose of upgrade or renewal of tier status
