Education Essential: • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience Essential: • Experience in building automation, energy management, or a related field. Knowledge Essential: • Proficiency in Trend BEMS software and hardware • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks). • Understanding of the controls products offered by other manufacturers (Honeywell, Siemens, Satchwell) Skills & Abilities Essential: • Degree of computer competency, particularly Trend and Microsoft Office software packages. • Understanding of data networks (Trend current loop, RS232, RS485, TCP/IP). • Ability to analyse complex data and systems to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions. • Written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders. • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Designing and maintaining BEMS to ensure optimal performance and compliance. • Experience of working in a live Building Site • Hold a current CSCS card
