Kent and EGR teams participated in 0DOVER Training led by DOVER Operational Excellence team. The first two weeks were dedicated to the assessment of both production facilities with the purpose to identify the gaps between the standard and existing conditions and eventually create an action plan to close those gaps.
0DOVER is an Operational Excellence Model that has been launched in October at MAAG Americas, supported by DOVER's initiative. Its purpose is to illuminate the path toward operational excellence, developing people, delivering results and elevating DOVER's operations to a core capability and competitive advantage.
