Bear/Venison/Beef Pot Roast:

1 roast of your choice (wild game works great for this and is so tender) 1 packet of ranch seasoning Au Jus Seasoning (Recipe below to make

this) You can also buy a packet. Pepperoncini’s Peppers (1 Jar)

1 stick of butter 1 1/2 cups water

Meet or "Winnie.” She is Jordan Grubb’s (Procurement Winifred, Manager, Kent) 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. Winnie is a good listener who loves to cuddle with her humans and is especially loyal to her mommy. Winnie’s favorite activities are sitting outside in cool weather, squirrel watching, and meeting new people. Like other Bernese Mountain Dogs, she likes to go in and out of people's legs when greeting them, which the Grubb family affectionately refers to as the "car wash".

Au Jus Seasoning: 2 Tablespoons powdered beef bouillon

2 Tablespoons cornstarch 1 Teaspoon dried parsley 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Add the roast to a crockpot, add ranch seasoning, your packet of Au Jus or the homemade version. Add some pepperoncini to the crockpot (you can add as many as you want based off the heat you desire) Add your water to the crockpot, then add some of the juice of the peppers to the crockpot. I usually add half, but this is also based on the heat you want. Add 1 stick of butter on top of the meat. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
