Dear MAAG Americas Team:
I wanted to start this message by thanking all of you for your hard work in the past months!
We are well underway to meet our financial goals for the year, but still need all- hands-on-deck for the remainder of this year. The next two months will be the busiest and we were asked to overperform on our shipments to compensate some of the downturn experienced by our locations in Europe. This means we need each of you focused on delivering for our customers first and foremost. It is critical that we focus on finishing the projects we have in our backlog and try to pull in spare parts and smaller orders from January into this year. We all need to ask what is possible and how can we accomplish this request? You may have also noticed that we have had several people from Dover in our facilities over the past months. Now we have officially kicked off the 0Dover program in Eagle Rock. Kent will kick off the same in the coming weeks. This program is designed to help us drive productivity thus becoming faster, better, and more competitive over the coming years. The 0Dover program is one of the key pillars of our strategy, focusing on Operational Transformation in the Americas. Combined with our focus on People Development and Customer Experience, I strongly believe that we will be able to grow well above our peers.
I am very proud of everything we have achieved throughout this year and believe the we have not yet reached our full potential!
