Procurement Summit
Our MAAG Americas Procurement team held their second annual Procurement Summit October 16-17 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Akron, OH. This event provided the opportunity to gather our Procurement team to review FY’24 successes and challenges in addition to establishing our business plan for FY’25. The team celebrated their success of achieving 94% of their FY’24 cost savings target by early Q4. We proceeded to review FY’25 goals and action plans for attaining our objectives. Topics included vendor spends/overview, business threats, fabrication opportunities, vendor consolidation, tariffs and raw material market overview. We ended our summit with a tour of our Kent facility.
