Joseph Jabbour, an experienced entrepreneur and restauranteur, established ‘Papa Joe’s Family Restaurant’ in the Spring of 1988. This year Papa Joe’s celebrates 30 years in business – three decades serving wonderful meals, offering warm service and hosting events. Located in the centre of Charlottetown, Papa Joe’s is open seven days a week and is still family owned and operated by Barb, John and Jo-Anne Jabbour. With its focus on fresh quality products and great service, Papa Joe’s is a favourite of Islanders and visitors alike. You can relax in the newly renovated dining room, or enjoy a snack and drink at the bar.

“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”

With its diverse menu, Papa Joe’s is a go-to establishment for business lunches, family get togethers, romantic dinners or small group events. Offering a wide variety, there are selections that will appeal to all - from braised pot roast, to Mediterranean salads, seafood specialties and melt-in-your-mouth steaks. Award winning Chef Irwin MacKinnon, this year’s PEI Chef of the Year, has been with the Jabbour family for more than 25 years. He is everything you would expect in a world class chef – creative, innovative and committed to quality and local ingredients.
