Here, the surrounding world becomes quiet and time stands still, enveloping lodgers into total luxury that makes it rather challenging for one to leave. Originally constructed in 1857 to serve as a private school for the Sisters of Notre Dame, the Sydney Boutique Inn & Suites features 18 exquisitely designed suites and 22 apartment suites ranging in size from 500 sq. ft. to 1200 sq. ft. But that’s exactly what project manager Gordon MacPherson was after when the the four-storey structure was purchased back in 2014.
