Her list of credentials is impressive, including a Diploma in Physical Fitness, a bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and she’s an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, as well as a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In addition, she has added credentials specific to rowing, such as Schwinn Cycling, Indo-Row, and ShockWave. In fact, Studio Row is the only rowing studio in Canada certified and licensed to provide both Indo-Row and Shockwave programs, making it a truly unique and all- encompassing rowing environment.
