Project: dGTEx
The Developmental Genotype-Tissue Expression (dGTEx) project is a National Institute of Health (NIH) initiative to establish gene expression profiles from 120 pediatric donors. This will pave the way to better understand the impact of genomic variation on complex traits and diseases. IMPACT: Donor Network West has identified 5 pediatric organ donors where a large number of organs and tissues including kidneys have been procured for this multicenter nationwide project.
