Halloween Carnival Our Halloween Carnival on October 24 is one of the Rec-Plex’s most popular family events of the year-a joyful, spooky, candy-filled celebration with games, crafts, prizes, a scavenger hunt, face painting, temporary tattoos, and more. With over 350 attendees every year (plus volunteers), this event delivers guaranteed foot traffic and high community visibility. Sponsorships help us provide prizes, candy, craft materials, and keep the event affordable for local families.
