Our CareersPlus team will provide you with tailor-made leadership and professional development guidance and one-to-one coaching during your studies, equipping you with the skills and confidence to make your next career move. Your Executive MBA includes unlimited career consultations, as well as three one-hour sessions with an Executive Coach drawn from the WBS Coaching Panel. Together with the Employer Relations team, CareersPlus also offer a comprehensive programme of careers workshops, employer and alumni engagement events, networking opportunities and guest speaker events for all students. This guide highlights the key events, resources, and deadlines you should be aware of to make the most of the service. Depending on the date you join the programme, the schedule will be slightly different. See the two schedules on pages four and five.

■ Unlimited career coaching with the CareersPlus team. You can use this for whatever your needs are, such as planning for a career transition or a work-related challenge, leadership development, support with resources, and help with choosing electives or a project and dissertation topic ■ Careers workshops on a range of topics which can include career transitions, leadership skills, courageous conversations, executive branding, interviewing, and LinkedIn and networking. Dates are set by the programme team to fit around your studies. September ■ CareersPlus induction and a session on spotlight self-assessment. September–November ■ Choose your Executive Coach. As part of the Careers offering, you have access to three one-hour free executive coaching sessions, available at any point during the programme to suit your needs. ■ One-to-one Careers introduction meeting. Book via MyAdvantage or email E ptmbacareers@wbs.ac.uk
