Melon high-ball • 1 medium melon (spanspek) • ½ cup fresh orange guide • ¼ cup fresh lime or lemon juice • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves • 2 cups ice Cut melon in half, remove seeds, scoop flesh out into blender. Add all other ingredients, blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint or lemon rounds. For a frostier version keep the melon in the fridge overnight before making the mocktail.

The glory of mocktails is that you can drink as much of them as you desire, and you will neither get drunk nor have to suffer the hangover that comes from imbibing equal amounts of cocktails! Taste-bud titillating, non-alcoholic drinks that sparkle and hydrate and are great for any time of the day.
