Birthday Parties & Room Rentals Rec-Plex party rooms can be rented out in 90-minute increments on Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays. Each room includes 4 round tables, 1 rectangle table, and 24 seats. Rates & Fees Rec-Plex Members • $45.00 Room Rental • $45.00 Refundable Damage Deposit (refunded within 7 days of the rental date) • $5.00 Admission (add $2.00 for skate rental) General Public (Non-Members) • $75.00 Room Rental • $75.00 Refundable Damage Deposit (refunded within 7 days of the rental date) • $5.00 Admission (add $2.00 for skate rental)
Important Information • Any party guests participating in Rec-Plex activities MUST pay the $5.00 admission fee & wear a wristband. • We do allow outside food & beverage to be brought in for rentals. We do NOT allow alcohol or glass containers. We do allow usage of Crock-Pots. All food & beverage must be confined to the party room. • We do allow decorations to be brought in for rentals. We do NOT allow tape on the walls, glitter, or confetti. • Candles for birthday cakes ARE allowed. • Towel, lock, and ball rental is NOT included in admission. You may rent these items for $1.50 each. • Skate rental is $2.00 per pair for party guests. • Rental times are firm. The earliest you may enter the room is 5-10 minutes prior to the rental time. • All decorations, food, beverage, and other items must be removed by the end of the rental time. • Elongated rental times must be approved by management.
