The Erima Magpies received walk-out shirts from PNG Air in time for the team to participate in the Rugby 9s competition in February organised by Moresby South MP Justin Tkatchenko, who is also the Minister for Foreign Affairs. as most of the young male players were educated at the community school of St Peter Chanel Primary that the airline also supports. “Though not much, we hope these boost your morale to give your all during the games, and everyone at PNG Air wishes you well during the

tournament,” one of the marketing team said at the handover. The competition was held at the time of press so it is not known how the Magpies performed.
