80 Coordinate final walkthrough with seller’s agent. 81 Schedule final walkthrough with buyer client. 82 Attend final walkthrough with buyer client. 83 Attend closing with buyer client attorney.

PROMOTING & CELEBRATING THE SALE

84 With approval of the client, create post closing social media campaign, including “Just Closed” email and “Just Closed” social post.

85 Send thank you note to closing team. 86 Send out recorded and closed emails. 87 Gather client testimonials. 88 Congratulate client on their new home.
