2023-2025 TAB Contracts Class - Oct. 10 The Bush Rudnicki Shelton Law Firm will offer guidance on the updates to the 2023-2025 Texas Association of Builders contracts package, which was released Sept. 1. Contracts are avail- able now throught TexasBuilders.org for $499 plus tax. The 2023-2025 contracts include changes from the past legislative session that reflect the most sweep - ing consequential changes to Texas residential construction law in last 30 years. The contract package includes legislatively mandated requirements specific to Texas, the absence of which could result in dire consequences for builders’ businesses. This class is open to both builders and associates.
