All cattle are at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold. Assistance will be offered in loading and/or shipment of cattle, but no risk is assumed by any group of individual associated with the sale. Total Herd Enrollment: Total Herd Enrollment is a voluntary program offered to active members of the American Simmental Association. Consignors who participate in THE should have paid enrollment fees through Fall 2024 for either the TR or SR enrollment option, and actively enrolled females will be transferred as such. Terms of Sale: All cattle will sell under the suggested sale terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association, available at the clerk’s desk on sale day. Cash or check is required before or immediately following the sale before cattle are released for load out. Registration certificates will not be transferred until any outstanding balance is paid in full. Ownership will be transferred at the seller’s expense. Buyers must provide proper name and address for transfer. EPDs: The EPDs printed in this catalog were current as of 9/23/25 and were the latest available from ASA at the time of printing. Due to the timing of the sale and other factors beyond our control, EPDs may change before certificates are reissued to buyers.
