Oxford Brookes - Deputy Director – Campus and Commercial Se…

Welcome

Dear Candidate,

■ Ensure that voids in halls/accommodation are minimised.

■ Review three line report roles/responsibilities and the wider management team across CCS (excluding Residential Services) to look at what roles we need, what skills are required, opportunities for development, etc in order to optimise the delivery of campus services and income generation, and make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team. ■ Working with the Deputy Director - Estates to review the operational delivery and consider how it might be structured to provide the most effective and efficient operational delivery model (currently we have artificial barriers between campus and residential operations and between in-house and contracted teams). ■ Undertake a process review to optimise the client experience and minimise bureaucracy. ■ Speed up decision-making and empower managers by devolving responsibilities and look at how hybrid working might impact on the delivery of campus services in an agile office environment and the ability to provide support to home working.
