Bred in the UK these easy summer flowering perennials have large daisy flowers, 3 inches in diameter, in bold sunshine yellow tones aging to soft cream. This variety forms a neat and tidy clump, reaching only 16-inches tall and wide. The small dark green foliage is drought tolerant once established. LEMON DROP (NON-ALCOHOLIC)
— 3 oz. Seedlip Citrus — 0.5 oz. Ginger & Lavender Simple
— Squeeze of Half a Lemon — Lavender Vanilla Sugar Rim
Make your simple syrup by boiling equal parts sugar and water until dissolved and then add fresh slices of ginger and lavender blooms and let steep for 15 minutes. Cool before using. Rim a martini glass with Lavender and Vanilla Sugar. Add the Seedlip Citrus, or any alcoholic vodka of your choice, the ginger & lavender simple syrup, and the lemon to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into your martini glass.
