CANARY
— 2 oz. Aviation Gin — Orange Fennel Bitters — 1.25 oz. Lemon Juice — 1.5 oz. Passionfruit Purée — .25 Pixie Tangerine Juice — Lemon Peel Garnish
A gorgeous new early flowering hybrid that freely reblooms throughout the season with tall spikes of saturated cobalt-blue flowers, held by an elegant black whorl and stems. The dark green foliage main- tains its rich color throughout the season, setting the perfect backdrop for the inky blooms. The plants are also exceptionally well-branched, keeping tidy in the garden.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the first five ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
