Rizzy Home is the U.S. division of numerous manufacturing plants in India owned by the Ansari family. Older brother, Rizwan Ansari, guides rug design and manufacturing, while younger brother, Shamsu, heads all textile operations.

We process and utilize recycled and reclaimed by-products from the garment industry that would otherwise be land-fill bound . We currently have a wide variety of fully recycled, hand finished, hand washed, and machine made products!
We challenged our product development team to create a “hybrid” rug that had never existed before - a tall request. Starting with extensive color research, our internal cad designers began working to create exceptional traditional, transitional and contemporary patterns that were relevant in the marketplace. Then we translated this research into a combination machine made/hand processed rug with superior materials like long fiber New Zealand wool. Because we are completely vertical manufacturers and have made hand knotted rugs for generations, we have extensive experience in hand washing, hand finishing, hand surging and hand carving . To archive a unique result, these machine made pieces are sent to our hand knotted facility to be finished using traditional methods. The results are nothing short of spectacular. When these rugs are shown to extremely experienced rug experts, it is very common to hear them say “ this looks just like a hand knotted rug. ” One look and you will see how this unique process is changing the industry and creating more profit oppurtunities for our retailers. Rugs RIZZY HOME IS ONE OF INDIA’S LARGEST EXPORTERS OF HANDMADE RUGS. Rizzy Home has been an innovative leader in designing and producing handmade rugs for homes around the globe for more than 45 years. Our handmade rugs include time-honored weaving processes such as Hand-Tufting, Hand-Knotting, Hand-Looming, Flat-Weaving, and Hand Guided Shag. Our process begins with hand washing our imported raw wool followed by hand sorting and blending to ensure only the best of the wool is used. Then we hand spin the yarn, wash, straighten, and dye (pot, vat, or machine dye). It is followed by drying under the natural sunlight. After each rug is meticulously woven and hand carved, pile height is inspected for quality and consistency. Rugs are then hand washed using centuries old technique, NO harsh chemicals are utilized. The manufacturing of our machine made rugs is also vertically integrated. We extrude our own fibers and make our own colors in the BCF yarn plant. We twist, cable, heat set, frieze, and wrap yarn spools controlling every phase of the process. Yarn is then loaded onto the creel spool which must be hand knot- ted with a weaver’s knot. After running through the loom the uncut rolls of rugs are taken to the finishing plant where the back coat is applied, sheared and edged.

Most of our decorative pillow covers come with a zippered closure, so our customers can choose either a polyester or down filler insert. As well, the zippered closure pillow cover allows for ease of cleaning in the consumer’s home. Rizzy Home’s decorative pillow offerings showcase a multitude of techniques and stylings – Embroidery; Appliques; Pomming; Texturizing; Fringing; Weaving; Printing; Knotting; Hand-stitchery; Hand-beading. Combine these hand-made craftings with state of the art machinery, and you get the unique looks that show beautiful, hand-crafted value. The possibilities are endless! More about our Top of the Bed offerings – We manufacture c omforters, duvets, and quilts in many luxurious fibers/fabrics. Our comforters are unique – they have the look of a duvet, but the convenience of a comforter. The comforter has no quilting on the face of the comforter – the fiberfill is tacked on the underside of the comforter every 14” (which keeps the batting from shifting). The comforter offers you a clean look on the face, and has a generous fill weight of premium fiberfill. Our duvets feature internal corner ties that help secure the filled comforter from shifting, hidden button closures, and gusseted ends. Our quilts are made with high-quality fabrics, and feature such techniques ruching, knotting, gathering, petaling, texturizing, and hand-quilting. Our fill weights are appropriate for every season.
Doormats We have a complete non-woven line which processes from raw materials to semi-finished products. In this unit we process fiber blending, carding, cross lapper machine, high speed needle looms, structure loom, calendaring machines, back coating line, latex foaming, TPR backing, rubber coating, along with other supporting machines which helps us to produce many ranges of finished products. In addition to this we have a fiber plant which uses PET bottles as raw material and produces fiber of different deniers as required in the finished product. PET flakes are produced from bottle & recycled fiber spinning plant. We recycle 1.5 million bottles every day ! We are capable of producing many types of doormats: Coir With Several Print Options
