Doormats We have a complete non-woven line which processes from raw materials to semi-finished products. In this unit we process fiber blending, carding, cross lapper machine, high speed needle looms, structure loom, calendaring machines, back coating line, latex foaming, TPR backing, rubber coating, along with other supporting machines which helps us to produce many ranges of finished products. In addition to this we have a fiber plant which uses PET bottles as raw material and produces fiber of different deniers as required in the finished product. PET flakes are produced from bottle & recycled fiber spinning plant. We recycle 1.5 million bottles every day ! We are capable of producing many types of doormats: Coir With Several Print Options
Our mats can come with multiple types of backing: TPR, PVC and hard gel . We even produce heavy duty mats for higher traffic areas. Let’s not forget about the custom sizes and design aspects like printed words, embossing, patterning, and more!
