Their first child was born prematurely at just 30 weeks, a life-changing moment that brought both immense challenges and the unwavering support of the hospital’s dedicated team. Over the course of 10 weeks, their baby received round-the-clock care in the Neonatal Unit, an experience that gave Katie and Ian a firsthand understanding of the emotional and physical toll faced by families of premature infants.
