SHOP SMALL FOR FALL POP-UP EVENT

On Tuesday, November 15 th the Entrepreneurship Resource Center hosted the first “Shop Small for Fall” pop- up event at CTEC. It was a huge success with several hundred attendees.

Students in the ERC Advanced course along with students in Mike Russo’s, Small Business Entrepreneurship & Economics and Walter Suazo’s Digital Marketing courses worked hard to launch and showcase their student-run businesses. Our local youth entrepreneurs exhibited a variety of products from jewelry, gourmet ice cream, scented candles, woodwork, crochet crafts, and much more. For most of these students, it was their first time selling, and even a few of them sold out their inventory completely.

Attendees also enjoyed live music from the student band, Spreading Love.
