Located along beautiful tree-lined Cadotte Avenue within blocks of Main Street is LITTLE STONE CHURCH. An active congregation since 1904, this architecturally iconic church is a Mackinac Island and State of Michigan historical landmark. Steps away from Mackinac’s Grand Hotel and nestled adjacent to its Jewel Golf Course, Little Stone Church is both charming and romantic. Available for Christian weddings, vow renewals and baptism services of any denomi- nation, the church is open from mid- May until early October. The warmth and security of its sanctuary ensures that one’s important day is never threatened by inclement weath- er with the celebration performed beneath the glow of the magnificent stained glass chancel window. Please feel free to attend church ser- vices which meet in the sanctuary each Sunday at 10:30 AM from May to mid-October. Proceeds from weddings and vow renewals at Little Stone Church help support outreach. With comfortable seating capacity of 175 guests, the thirty-minute service advocating the living word of the Christian Faith is written specifically for Island wed- dings. The ceremony fee covers all aspects of the wedding including the rehearsal, the minister and the gifted talents of their Music Director. A broad selection of music for either piano or organ is available. For added fees, optional enchanting harp music and professional vocals are offered.
