CRAB DIP
Ingredients • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened • 1/2 cup mayonnaise • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 2 teaspoons seafood seasoning • 2 teaspoons minced chives • 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2 cans (6 ounces each) lump crabmeat, drained • 1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided Directions Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat cream the first 8 ingredients until smooth. Stir in crab and 1 cup cheese. Spread into a greased 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with remain- ing 1/4 cup cheese. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted, 25-30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with additional chives.

CINNAMON PRALINE BITES

1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 cups pecan halves 1 cup walnut halves
Directions Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until blended. Add pecans and wal- nuts; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toasted, stirring twice. Cool completely. Store nuts in an airtight container. SPRING IS ALMOST HERE!
