Call Angelic at 724-353-2580 Lemon Honey Whiskey Sour Serves 1 2 oz whiskey 1 oz fresh lemon juice ¾ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water) Lemon peel (garnish) Add whiskey, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel. Mocktail: Replace whiskey with iced black tea or lemon- ade. Pear Vanilla Martini Serves 1 Ingredients 2 oz vodka 2 oz pear nectar ¼ tsp vanilla extract Pear slice (garnish) Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pear slice Mocktail: Use sparkling water instead of vodka. Why did January break up with December?
