Activity: Planning Possibilities Complete this activity in groups of three. Assign roles to each person in the group. • Peer: Talk about something that you would like assistance with planning. This is not a role-playing. It is a real play. Consider discussing moving toward becoming a certified peer specialist • Certified peer specialist: Have a planning conversation. Use OARS skills and other tools available. There will be 10 minutes for the round with a one-minute warning to offer a summary. During small group debrief, certified peer specialist role should start by stating what they liked and what they could have done a differently. • Observer: Observe the certified peer specialist and share one or two supportive observations using the Ask-Share-Ask procedure.
