Patients receive treatment right next to researchers, offering these scientists a firsthand view of clinical problems. As a result, more patients are involved in research, and more research is translated into patient care. We currently have more than 150 research projects under way in neuroscience, bionics, robotics and musculoskeletal medicine, among others.
