NOTICE
AVIS D’ADOPTION DE RÈGLEMENT POUR LES REDEVANCES D’AMÉNAGEMENT DE LA CITÉ DE CLARENCE-ROCKLAND AVIS EST DONNÉ QUE le Conseil de la Cité de Clarence-Rockland a adopté, le 26 janvier 2015, le règlement n o 2015-13 étant un règlement pour établir les redevances d’aménagement conformément à la partie 2 de la Loi de 1997 sur les redevances d’aménagement . Le règlement est relatif aux versements de redevances d’aménagement pour les services éligibles à travers la Cité; et AVIS EST DONNÉ QUE toute personne ou organisme peut faire appel à la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario conformément à l’article 14 de la Loi sur les redevances d’aménagement , en déposant le ou avant le 9 mars 2015, auprès de la greffière un avis d’appel en indiquant l’objection au règlement ainsi que les raisons appuyant l’objection accompagné des droits de dépôt. L’appelant est avisé de communiquer avec la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario pour accéder aux formulaires requis ainsi qu’aux droits de dépôt.
NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF A DEVELOPMENT CHARGES BY-LAW BY THE CITY OF CLARENCE-ROCKLAND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Clarence-Rockland passed Development Charges By- law No. 2015-13 on the 26 th day of January, 2015 under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 . The by-law relates to the payment of development charges for eligible City-wide services. AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board under Section 14 of the Act, in respect of the Development Charges By-laws, by filing with the Clerk on or before March 9, 2015, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons supporting the objection accompanied by the fees. The appellant is advised to contact the Ontario Municipal Board to access required forms and applicable fees.
Les frais établis par le règlement susmentionné s’appliqueront au développement résidentiel et non résidentiel, assujetti à certaines conditions et exemptions limitées tel qu’identifié à cet égard.
The charges in the aforementioned by-law will apply to all new residential and non-residential development, subject to certain terms, conditions and limited exemptions as identified therein.
Les frais de redevances d’aménagement à l’intérieur de la municipalité sont imposés en fonction du nouveau développement pour défrayer les coûts d’investissement à la hausse reliés aux dispositions des services municipaux tels que bibliothèque, incendie, parcs et loisirs, travaux publics, transport, application des règlements, gouvernement général, chemins, eau et égout. L’annexe 1 ci-après établit les redevances d’aménagement applicables en vertu de ce règlement.
City-wide development charges are levied against new development to pay for the increased capital costs related to the provision of such municipal services as Library, Fire, Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Transit, By-law enforcement, General Government, Roads, Waterworks and Sanitary Sewage. Schedule 1 below sets out the development charges rates applicable under this by-law.
Les redevances d’aménagement sont imposables sur le développement des biens-fonds situés à l’intérieur des limites de la municipalité. À ce titre, une carte n’a pas été fournie.
Development charges are imposed on the development of all lands located within the geographic boundary of the City. As such, a key map has not been provided.
Les frais de redevances imposés sous le règlement 2015-13 seront en vigueur dès le 1 er jour de février 2015. Le règlement des redevances d’aménagement est disponible pour examen pendant les heures régulières de bureau de la municipalité à l’adresse indiquée au bas et sur le site web au www.clarence-rockland.com.
The development charges imposed under By-law 2015-13 come into effect on the 1st day of February 2015. Copies of the complete Development Charges By-law are available for examination during regular business hours in the offices of the municipality located at the address shown below and on the website at www.clarence-rockland.com.
