A place of get-togethers and complementarities, the Hiru Paris Montmartre restaurant is an ode to the Basque Country and to Japan, lands dear to the founders’ hearts. Dishes naturally include tapas, but revisited with oriental aspirations, such as mackerel marinaded in rice vinegar and ginger inspired by Japanese gastronomy.
