TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT THE BACKGROUND OF YOUR COMPANY. Tiong & Partners is a boutique law firm based in Kensington, with a focus on residential and commercial conveyancing. We started with a simple aim: to make the legal side of buying and selling property more approachable, less stressful, and grounded in clear, practical advice. Since then, we’ve grown largely through word of mouth and repeat clients. We’ve worked hard to build a strong reputation for being responsive, thoughtful, and commercially aware and we’re proud to have consistently strong Google reviews that reflect that client experience. WHAT IS YOUR CUSTOMER PROCESS? We aim to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. Once instructed, each matter is handled by an experienced solicitor, supported by a capable team so clients aren’t passed around or left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for updates. We don’t operate on a call-centre model; we try to be accessible and to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. We provide updates when key milestones are reached, and we always welcome

It’s always the happy outcome – whether helping a first-time buyer collect keys to their dream flat, or guiding a seller through a smooth
exchange. Every transaction has its moments, but it’s incredibly rewarding to know we’ve made things a little easier and less stressful. Property law is often seen as technical or transactional, but for our clients, it’s something deeply personal and we never lose sight of that. WHAT OTHER LEGAL AREAS DO YOU COVER THAT COULD BE USEFUL TO WINKWORTH CLIENTS? Tiong & Partners is the trading name of Merali Beedle LLP, which allows us to work seamlessly alongside colleagues who specialise in complementary areas of law. This includes litigation, wills and probate, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and landlord and tenant matters. We often collaborate across departments where a property transaction touches on these areas, so clients benefit from joined-up advice under one roof. It also means we’re able to offer consistent service and oversight throughout, without the need to refer clients out to separate firms.
