EXPERIENCE Alexander Scotland Chartered Surveyors is owned and managed by Stuart Scotland who provides Structural Building Surveys, Homebuyers Reports and valuations in and around the Nottinghill area, as well as around London and the South East. Stuart is a qualified, independent Chartered Surveyor. He has over 25 years of experience working and living in the area so well versed with the historic construction of many different types of residential and commercial properties locally.
PROPERTY CAREER Prior to setting up the independent Alexander Scotland practice, Stuart worked as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager for several of London’s most reputable companies including Savills, Jones Lang LaSalle, Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Daniel Watney LLP and The City of London Corporation. QUALIFICATIONS • RICS Registered Valuer, 2012 • RICS Accredited Surveyor, 2010 Scotland-Chartered-Surveyors • Building Surveying Degree, Southbank University, London
• Test of Professional Competence in Project Management WORKING IN AND AROUND LONDON Stuart has spent a lot of time working in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and other London
Boroughs too. As Stuart now lives in the historic town of Lewes, he also works in different Sussex towns when not in London.
